How every lot is tested
We don’t test our own products. Every lot goes to an independent, third-party lab for purity, identity, and endotoxin screening, has to clear all three plus our 99% purity floor before we list it, and ships with a Certificate of Analysis you can verify directly with the lab.

Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
You can pay by credit or debit card on a secure checkout page, which also supports Apple Pay and Cash App Pay. No card details are ever entered on this site. We also take Ethereum through our payment partner Bankful, which gets you 10% off, and Zelle to our business account for orders up to $2,000. Orders are held for 72 hours while we wait for payment, and if it doesn't come through in that time the order is released.
How long is my order held after checkout?+
We hold reserved orders for 72 hours from the time you check out. If payment isn't received in that window, the order is released and the stock goes back on sale. The easiest way to avoid any issues is to pay as soon as you get your confirmation.
Can I cancel or modify my order?+
Yes, as long as payment hasn't been confirmed yet. Once payment clears and we start packing your order, we can't make changes. If you need to adjust something, email support@anvilcompounds.shop as soon as you can.
Do you require an account to order?+
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just lets you see your order history and track fulfillment. If you did check out as a guest, you can still look up your order anytime with your order number and email under Account, then Find My Order.
Shipping
How fast do orders ship?+
Orders placed before 12PM PST on business days ship the same day by USPS Priority Mail. Anything placed after that goes out the next business day. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not at this time. We ship within the United States only. International shipping comes with regulatory complexity that varies a lot by country, so we don't ship to addresses outside the US right now.
How are compounds packaged?+
Everything ships in sealed glass vials inside plain outer packaging. There are no product names, brands, or compound names anywhere on the outside. Lyophilized compounds are stable at room temperature in transit, so they don't need cold-chain shipping.
What if my package is damaged in transit?+
Email support@anvilcompounds.shop with your order number and a few photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement for verified transit damage.
Quality & Testing
Can I verify my COA independently?+
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Every product page links to the current lot's verification page hosted by the lab that ran the tests. You can check any certificate before you buy, after it arrives, or anytime in between. The link opens the lab's own record for that specific lot, so you never have to take our word for the results.
What happens if a batch fails testing?+
It doesn't ship. If a lot comes back below our 99% purity floor, fails identity confirmation on mass spectrometry, or shows elevated endotoxin levels, we reject the whole lot. We don't discount failed lots, relabel them, or sell them through any other channel.
What testing methods do you use?+
Every lot goes through three independent tests: HPLC for purity, mass spectrometry to confirm the molecule's identity, and an LAL (limulus amebocyte lysate) assay to screen for endotoxins. All three have to pass before a lot is released for sale.
How do I read a COA?+
A Certificate of Analysis shows the lab results for one specific lot. The main things to look at are: Purity (HPLC), which should read 99% or higher; Identity (MS), which confirms the compound matches its expected molecular weight; Endotoxin, which should be below threshold; the Lot ID, which should match the one printed on your vial; and the Analysis Date, which tells you when it was tested.
Research Use
What does "research use only" mean?+
Research Use Only (RUO) is a regulatory designation meaning a product is intended only for laboratory and scientific research. RUO products are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, or clinical application, and they are not pharmaceutical-grade drugs. Buying them carries a clear obligation to use them solely for in vitro research.
Do you sell reconstitution supplies?+
Yes. Bacteriostatic water is available as a separate research supply, listed as Recon Water 3ML. We don't provide reconstitution technique, dosing, or administration instructions, since that falls under your own lab's standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Returns
What is your return policy?+
Because of what these products are, we can't accept returns once a vial has been opened or reconstituted. Unopened vials in their original sealed condition may be eligible for return within 7 days of receipt, so email support@anvilcompounds.shop if that's your situation. We also provide replacements for verified transit damage or fulfillment errors.
